Our website can also be used without providing personal data. Personal data is collected on a voluntary basis.

We use the stored contact details (email address, telephone number, postal address) to contact you to perform our tasks.

When booking a service from the ProCenter, we collect data about you, which we can receive from you in the following ways:
- a) Online via our website using the Leao booking system
- b) In paper form at the station when filling out the registration form
- c) By email as a request from yourself
- d) Or by phone.
The general legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 9 Para. 2 GDPR.
- Processing of data (customer and contract data) when reserving, arranging and booking services:
If we collect and process personal data in connection with the reservation, brokerage or booking of a service, we will only use it to fulfill the respective order. This is done on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.
The customer data collected will be deleted after the business relationship has ended. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
- Disclosure of personal data when reserving, arranging and booking services
We only transfer personal data to third parties (contractual partners) if this is necessary in the context of contract execution, for example to a hotel, an airline or a tour operator. A further transmission of the data does not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without express consent, for example for advertising purposes.

- Photo and video recordings
The station operation and events of the surf station can be documented by photo and film recordings. Photos are used on the Internet on our website and on our social media pages. Selected image material can be used for impressions and for advertising purposes in social media in web resolution as well as in various print media. There is no other transfer of photo and film recordings to third parties.
The participant can object to the storage, use and distribution of the recordings made by him at any time with future effect.
The objection can be declared in writing (e.g. letter) or in text form (e.g. by fax or email). Please indicate your name and first name as well as the date and name of the surf station when you object.
- SSL encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as booking inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses an SSL or. TLS encryption. Duration of storage of personal data:
Personal data remains stored until the purpose for which it was collected is fulfilled, but at least for the respective statutory retention periods. After this period, the corresponding data will be deleted if they are no longer required for the purpose of contract fulfillment or contract initiation.

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services.
